no, it's WindowsXP running Windowblinds and DesktopX with two seperate/one customized theme and additional programming + a few widgets and my designer wall :)

Actually, the wallpaper are 2 layers, one is the animu and the glows/lights (sitting on top of) the other layer, the grass backdrop.
I have designed it so that i can change the grass to whatever background i want, keeping the animu/glows.
