I haven't built anything in Fatty's town yet. I need a better name for it. What should I name it?
I tried to experiment and make a farmer town out of Redfield but it didn't matter how cunning I was while building it, I ran out space, made some more but still couldn't create enough farmer jobs. I got to over 400 but you need 600 to get a farmer's market. So one of the slightly bigger areas on the westside of Gikotropolis will be turned into a farmer town. I need a giko related name for it. Mayor of that experimental town will definitely be Shewi. Who wants the watery area down south? It should have enough water for a Marina.
I has over 4.3 million simoleans to spend and improve my gikotropolis so I'll waste some and form me sum land... without cheating. Fuck cheating when I have more money than I'm able to spend wisely. Hmm, might as well lower taxes to attract more wealthy citizens and high paying industry and commerce.

Heavily industrial! You will provide more jobs for Gikotropolitans, too. There's plenty of free zones left as you can see. Redfield is packed and it's hard to make it bigger than about 30-40k because it's already full now at 20-25k.

Shewi already has Eyerland, a farm town and I did everything I wanted with that one, might go back to it later on if I feel like it. I'll improve my city with new modded content until I get bored and then I'll probably create a heavily industrial (and heavily polluted lolz)city for Mayor Grobda. Redfield will remain as a smaller side-project to see just how big the city can get in such a small area. I will enhance it with modded content.
I need to change Gikotropolis so much that I am forced to demolish it. I didn't plan ahead enough and there are to many little problems to fix. So I will delete all of Gikoland and rebuild everything. Shewi still gets to be the mayor of a farmer town.
